Comment from VCrock!: Okay, I'm going to tell you straight up. I either don't know how to or suck at grading and critiquing written art, but I'll be as fair as I can.
Personally, I like a poem that rhymes, but Silver Frame, submitted by Kitsunia, caught my eye anyway. I chose this poem over the other submission(just one) because it had a lot of depth and feeling to it. Grammar and spelling was also good with few or no mistakes(I might usually take off a few points for grammar and spelling), although she did have a few weird looking symbols in there, but they looked like they might have been on purpose, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. All and all, a great poem.
The very first winner of the Crazy Fox Studios Weekly Submission Contest, or for short, we'll call it the WSC, Kitsunia won by a landslide, beating another poem submitted by Jennifer Miller, the only competition she had. Unfortunately, it wasn't much of a competition this week. The reason? You haven't submitted anything!! That's why!! Submit something and beat the crap out of anyone that stands against you(with your art skills, mind you, not your fists.) But enough about you. This is Kitsunia's moment to shine. Once again, congratulations to this week's winner of the WSC, the talented Kitsunia!! For the runners up, better luck next time, but if it's any consolation, you put up a crap of a fight. |

Alright. I'm finally putting my story on the internet. The story behind Victor Creed and all that jazz. It explains everything...just about...heh heh...Anyway, it's located in the "Stories" section, under "Project: A35". So far, I've only finished the prologue. Expect to see Chapter 1 VERY soon. Enjoy!

WANT TO SEE YOUR ART ON CRAZY FOX STUDIOS? Well, you're in luck!! I'm accepting submissions from any and all artists. Whether your talents lie in writing, drawing, coloring, CGing, 3D modelling, or whatever, I'll accept it. IT'S FREE!! Just send me an email telling me what...you know what? Why don't you just go to the "Others' Art" section and read what to do there. *Note* All art MUST meet guidelines. Each week, I will judge all of the submissions for the week and choose the one that I think stands out over them all. I will then feature that submission on the main page for the week(unless no one else submits anything)! There may even be more in it for the "winner"... |
